Ready to work with your documents. Every answer, sourced.

The Ecaste assistant indexes your specifications, contracts, technical documentation, procedures and scans, then answers by citing the exact passage and the source file. Your documents and their index stay in your instance.

Why Ecaste, why now?

Your company’s private AI

Companies run on their documentation: specifications, architecture decisions, contracts, procedures, user guides. Yet this knowledge is scattered across shared drives, tickets, emails and applications, and it grows with every project.

Ecaste turns it into a natural conversation, with sources you can check and data that stays yours.

  • 01

    Built for your projects

Grounded in your own documents, organised by client or product: specifications, contracts, technical documentation, procedures. Not the open internet.

  • 02

    Every answer is sourced

Each answer shows the exact passage and the source file, and opens the original in one click. You check before you act.

  • 03

    Sovereign AI

Files, metadata and the vector index stay in your instance. Pick the model request by request, including one served by Infomaniak, a Swiss host. API keys never reach the browser.

  • 04

    Built by a software studio

Developed and maintained by Ecaste, a web and mobile development studio in Sophia-Antipolis. We connect it to your tools and adapt it to your processes.

One assistant, many uses: management, project managers, developers, support, sales, and your clients.

01 The problem

The answer already exists. Nobody knows where.

  • Knowledge is everywhere.

In a specification, a ticket, an architecture document or a client email. Nobody remembers which one.

  • Context leaves with people.

When a developer changes project or an application is taken over for maintenance, the context sleeps in files nobody rereads.

  • A general-purpose AI makes things up.

With no access to your documents, it produces an answer that is plausible, well written and wrong.

02 How it works

Three steps

  1. Upload

Specifications, architecture and API documentation, contracts and proposals, procedures and runbooks, user guides, release notes. Scans go through OCR. Organise by project: one per client or product.

  2. Ask

Ask in plain language, or run a quick action: Chat to search and find, Summarise, Translate, Compare, Explain.

  3. Verify

Every answer shows its sources: the quoted passage, the file name, and a link to open the original.

03 Day to day

One question, one sourced answer, for every role

From management to your clients, everyone asks in their own words. The answer comes from your documents, with the source to check it.

Anthropic · Claude Sonnet 4.5

04 Verifiable answers

An answer without a source is not an answer

The source panel accompanies every answer. It shows the passage it relies on, the document it came from, and opens the original in one click. A partner’s documentation in a language you don’t read is translated in place, passage by passage. Every answer can be copied, exported as Markdown or plain text, regenerated, and rated.

06 Widget on your site

Your client support, on self-service

Publish a chatbot on your website, your client portal or inside your app, powered by the document project you choose: user guide, FAQ, release notes. It answers only from those documents. You set which domains may embed it, the title, the welcome message, the quick actions offered to visitors, the colours, the logo, and the caps on messages, tokens and budget. A public key is all it takes to install; no secret key ever reaches the page.
